There are several assistance programs available for Tribal members including the LIHEAP, Smoke Shop Assistance, Education and Tribal Loan Program.
Applications are available below for download, please complete and FAX to (530) 335-3140 along with all documentation.

Back 2 School Gift Cards
Gift Cards will be available soon, please complete the attached form to ensure your child receive their gift card.
If you live within the 100 Mile Square Service Area complete the form labeled “Inside the Area” if you reside outside the 100 Mile Square please complete the “Outside the Area”. Both Inside and Outside Service Area is limited to the first 180 children so be sure to apply as soon as possible.
