Pit River Tribe Fiscal Office
The Fiscal Office is responsible for:
- Paying the bills (Accounts Payable) for the various Programs including Solid Waste, Water, EPA, ICWA, Enrollment, Roads, THPO, XL Ranch, Natural Resources, BIA Programs, Forest Service Programs, BOR, Daycare, Social Services, Council, Administration and quarterly Revenue Sharing checks.
- Payroll for the Programs including Solid Waste, Water, EPA, ICWA, Enrollment, Roads, THPO, XL Ranch, Natural Resources, BIA Programs, Forest Service Programs, BOR, Daycare, Social Services, Council, and Administration.
- Billing & Reconciliation of (Accounts Receivable) Solid Waste, Water, and Loans.
- Reconciling and reporting all accounting data to Council and relevant Agencies for the programs.
